Absolutely no noise at Quiet hours in Big Bear from 10pm to 7am. Head inside at 10pm, noisy outdoor activities are prohibited from 10pm to 7am per the city of Big Bear Lake. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, NO SMOKING CANNABIS OR TOBACCO, NO VAPING, ELECTRONIC SMOKING DEVICES OR USE OF ANY TOBACCO PRODUCTS inside the cabin, it’s a FIRE HAZARD. Please take off snow gear and shoes outside the cabin when it’s snowing to keep the wooden floors in top condition! Please note our family has severe allergies and cannot accept animals, any animal bought to the cabin is 1000$ cleaning fee. Any code call will also result in asking you to leave and your deposit withheld. This is not the house for partying this is a family street with kids that play in front of the house, our neighborhood is very quiet and most of our neighbors are permanent residents. They will not hesitate to contact us or local police. If this happens we reserve the right to vacate you from the property. You will be responsible for any noise ordinance fines. Please NO jumping in the beds or couches, they’ll break. Put the exact and right amount of people that will be staying at the cabin, no later additional adds on after booking, failure to do so will be kicked out and charged $50. Excessive noise resulting in a sheriff citation $100, water disaster requiring full water exchange $80, late check out fee $50, unreasonable cleanliness or damage fees vary (just leave reasonable mess and let us know if anything is broken we are REASONABLE) No dishes, clean up after yourself in the kitchen and please put dishes inside dish washer or we will charge cleaning fee for dishes in the sink. TRASH DISPOSAL: please take all kitchen and bathroom trash and you will drop off your trash at one of the local waste drops (called clean bear sites) 38550 Holcomb Valley Rd, Big Bear City, CA 32313, they are open to the public thank you.
