The Cabin is situated on a quiet block in Summit Estates, nestled amongst mature pine trees. The open floor plan with a remodeled kitchen is ideal for family and friend gatherings. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a toaster oven, toaster, cookware, bakeware, food processors, a crockpot, and more. Coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, honey, cooking oil, and spices are provided. Cook a delicious meal and enjoy dinner at the custom, teak table with mid-century style seating for 8.
Step outside to the wrap around deck featuring a grill, dining table, plenty of seating, a custom cooler, custom corn hole, and the ring game! From the deck, you can walk into the fully fenced back yard where you can lie back on the hammock and let your dogs run free.
If you are cozying up indoors, gather around the fireplace and enjoy the Super PAC-Man arcade, Super Nintendo retro game collection, 55’ Smart TV, and plenty of games! There is a shared library in the dining room. Help yourself to a book!
Upstairs you will find the 1st bedroom, a spacious primary suite with a king bed and en suite full bath (newly remodeled), a 55’ Smart TV, plus a designated work space featuring a South American Walnut desk and ergonomic chair.
The large 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and a newly remodeled en suite half bathroom. The shower/bathtub is just outside the bedroom door. Open the doors to your private deck and relax on the rocking chair with your morning cup of coffee or tea. Take in the fresh mountain air and beautiful scenery!
The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and is located downstairs off the kitchen, and within steps of the newly remodeled full bathroom.
All bedrooms have plenty of closet and dresser space and usb outlets to charge your phones. The bathrooms are equipped with the essentials, including hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, chapfloss (lip balm + dental floss), and makeup remover wipes.
If you need to do laundry, you will find the washer and dryer downstairs with detergent, a lint roller, iron, and ironing board.
Dogs are welcome & supplies, such as a water and food bowl, are provided. $50 flat fee for up to 3 dogs. Apologies to cat owners - I am highly allergic to cats (to the point of being hospitalized twice) so we cannot allow them in the cabin.
There is a standard outlet on the deck that can be utilized to charge electric vehicles with an extension cord. Please note that this is not a true EV charger, but it does the trick for charging our hybrid SUV overnight.
The cabin is an easy two block walk to the lifts for mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, skiing, and kid activities (rock wall, gem mining, zip lining, euro bungee trampoline, and the full throttle course). One of the trails takes you straight to the Village area for dining and shopping.
